  • Assistant Manager — Strong management skills required. Assistant Manager assists the General Manager in daily operations, policies, and procedures of Bowling Center, as well as assisting with overall organization of Center. Fills in for General Manager during his absence. Supervises Customer Service employees, log programs, Birthday Party and party packaging. Responsible for training of new employees, customer relations, accident reports and other duties as assigned. Must be open to some shift flexibility, including nights/weekends. Bowling experience is preferred.
  • Porter — Receives work assignments/direction from Customer Service personnel/Management and Porter Log.  Responsible for general appearance of the concourse, restrooms, bowler’s area, and front desk.  Will also directly provide services to customers as needed.
  • Customer Service Representative — Provides customers with prompt, courteous, and efficient service to ensure that maximum utilization of lanes and equipment is realized through efficient control of the flow of customers, and consistent adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Pin-Chaser — Performs stand-by service on automatic pin-spotter, correcting pin jams and minor malfunctions, makes repairs and adjustments and records “stops” on stop sheet. Mechanical experience preferred. REQUIRES EVENING AND WEEKEND HOURS!

In the case of specific skill requirements, we will train as needed.
